Product Description

Create an illuminated wall display with an aluminium frame and SEG tension-fabric graphic from Banner&Board. Standard frames are 75mm deep and Premium frames 60mm deep, and both should be fitted to a solid wall.

Dye-sublimation printing on 310gsm Backlit Polyester produces vibrant imagery. Silicone edging, also called kedar, slots into the aluminium channel and tensions the graphic around its perimeter.

The seamless illuminated finish suits retail displays, exhibitions and other applications. Existing staff can change the graphics without specialist installers.

Standard and Premium models differ mainly in LED quality, quantity and lumen output. LEDs sit around the inner edge for edge lighting; Premium models place lights along the long edges for improved light quality. Frames arrive in sections for assembly with the supplied Allen key.

Each graphic has a nylon pull tab for easier removal. It is usually fitted to an upper corner away from children’s reach; request another position or omit the tab if preferred.

Use busy, vibrant designs for the best result. Plain layouts and large blocks of one colour can reveal lighting variations.

Notice

Drill the aluminium frame to create fixing positions appropriate to your wall. There are no standard fixing points, and a wall-mounting kit is not supplied.

Select the lightbox around the space, mounting surface and appearance of the illuminated design. Standard and Premium models have different frame depths and lighting specifications, while both use a silicone-edged fabric graphic that can be changed when the message changes. A busy design helps minimise the visibility of lighting variations, and the upper-corner pull tab makes the print easier to remove for a future update.

For installation, plan fixing positions to suit the solid wall before fitting the aluminium frame. The system is supplied in sections for assembly and does not include a wall-mounting kit. Contact us if a larger or custom-sized Premium model is needed for your project.
