Product Description

Bring your graphics to life with backlit modular displays from Banner&Board, designed for a bright, vibrant branded presence.

The free-standing frame uses PVC to reduce weight compared with traditional aluminium systems. Tool-free assembly, a 120mm profile and a choice of feet make it practical for modular layouts.

Printed graphics included

• Fabric graphics are dye-sublimation printed onto backlit polyester for exceptional colour intensity.
• Silicone edging (SEG) ensures a seamless, tensioned fit within the frame channel.
• Supplied double-sided as standard, so clients can display the same design on both sides or alternate graphics for maximum versatility.

Straightforward fitting and maintenance

• Graphics are compactly folded and couriered in a padded bag.
• No specialist installers required - in-store staff can swap graphics quickly and easily.
• Nylon pull tabs (standard, positioned top corner) make graphic removal simple; other placements available on request.

Portable lighting system

• Edge-lit LED lighting with built-in transformers ensures even illumination.
• Power cable: 3m push-fit connection (no wiring necessary).
• Supplied in a wheeled carry case with protective inserts for safe transport and storage.
• Quick assembly with a numbered clip system – no tools required.

Choose busy, impactful artwork for edge-lit lightboxes. Minimal designs and solid colours can make lighting variations more visible.

Artwork Requirements

Prepare the design using our templates to match the correct shape, size and proportions. They are set at 100% of the finished size.

• At the exact size of this template
• With all fonts outlined
• With all images embedded
• With all design elements on the Design layer
• With background/quiet content all the way to the bleed line(s)
• With all important content inside the safe area(s)
• With none of the template guide lines included or flattened
• With no crop marks, bleed marks, colour bars or other registration marks present
• As either PDF (preferred), AI or EPS format
• With exported files checked (e.g. in Adobe Acrobat/Reader) that all design elements are included

Considerations

Fabric can move, shrink or expand during printing, calendering, cutting, finishing and fitting. Avoid borders or other elements whose appearance depends on a fixed distance from the graphic edge; an evenly cut border cannot be guaranteed.

For backlit artwork, use vibrant, busy designs where possible. Plain layouts and large areas of one colour may highlight uneven illumination.

Dye-sublimation does not currently support Pantone colours. Convert or replace them with CMYK colours before supplying the print-ready file.
