- Maximum size 2.4m × 1.2m (8ft × 4ft approx.) in one piece
The largest board measures 2.4m × 1.2m (approximately 8ft × 4ft). For larger images, print across multiple boards and position them side by side.
Lightweight foamboard can be fitted using adhesive or strong double-sided tape, and is durable enough for screws to pass through directly.
Your design is printed on self-adhesive vinyl and applied to the Foamex to achieve a high-quality finish. The vinyl finish is not visible on the completed PVC Foamboard.
Foam-based products can expand in heat or direct sunlight. Leave room for that movement: a tight frame without expansion space can cause warping.
Standard expansion tolerance is up to 5mm per linear metre.
