Product Description

Brand standard crowd barriers with custom-printed graphics from Banner&Board.

Materials available are Mesh PVC, Standard PVC, PVC-Free Mesh, PVC-Free Banner and Display Polyester.

Graphics are suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Bungee ball ties or cable ties can secure the print. For the longest graphic life, we recommend bungee ball ties.

Crowd barrier hardware is not included.

Barrier Sizes and Corners

Choosing 2300mm or 2500mm barriers

Graphics are offered for both 2300mm and 2500mm barrier types. Check your hardware and select the matching size when ordering.

Choosing all-rounded or top-only rounded corners

Match the graphic to the barrier’s corners. Options fit either all-rounded-corner or top-only-rounded-corner hardware, so check the frame before ordering.

If you are uncertain about fit on a larger order, start with one graphic to test it before ordering the remainder.

Single-Sided Mesh PVC & Standard PVC Graphics

Single-sided banners cover the infill bars and reach towards the outer frame, giving a plain barrier a cost-effective branded finish.

All Angled Corners graphics have twelve eyelets, while Top-Only Angled Corners graphics have ten, providing strong attachment points for bungee ball ties.

The banner sits just inside the barrier frame rather than covering it. This helps achieve a neat, tensioned fit without protruding, loose or puckered edges.

Single-sided sizes are listed below, with four angled corners for all-rounded frames or two upper angled corners for top-only-rounded frames.

You can attach one single-sided graphic to each face, or choose a fold-over design for a more continuous appearance.

Double-Sided 'Fold-Over' Mesh PVC & Standard PVC Graphics

A fold-over banner covers the infill bars on both faces, leaving a gap at the left and right. One large graphic folds over the frame and secures in place, providing an economical way to brand both sides.

The fold-over PVC sizes below fit both all-rounded and top-only-rounded barrier frames.

Each fold-over graphic has twelve eyelets arranged in pairs. Secure each pair to the frame with one tie, requiring six bungee ball ties in total.

Fabric Jackets

For a fuller, professional finish, choose Display Polyester Crowd Barrier Fabric Jackets. They cover the frame itself to maximise the artwork area and create a coordinated appearance.

Double-sided jackets

Made from one strong piece of fabric, double-sided jackets conceal the frame on both faces, apart from its feet and joining hooks.

There are six plastic eyelets along the lower half of each side, twelve overall. Matching positions let you fasten through both faces with your chosen ties.

Single-sided jackets

Single-sided jackets also use one strong piece of fabric, covering the front frame apart from the feet and joining hooks. A 150mm-high unprinted sock holds the graphic over the top.

Six plastic eyelets in the lower half secure the graphic. Two extra eyelets at the sock corners provide additional attachment points if needed.

Plan the graphics around the barriers already selected for your event. Start by checking the 2300mm or 2500mm frame type and its corner shape, then decide how much of the hardware you want the print to cover. A single-sided banner sits within the frame; fold-over graphics cover both faces; fabric jackets provide a fuller covering around the frame itself. These options create different appearances while using the same barrier position as visible branding space.

For a larger rollout, a sample graphic can help you confirm fitting before ordering the complete quantity. Think about how ties will pass through the eyelets and how the print will be tensioned, especially with fold-over graphics where each eyelet pair shares one tie. Barrier hardware is supplied separately from this product, so select the printed option for the equipment you will actually use.
